Anchor Web Care
Collin County, Texas

Your website, handled.

Hosting, security, updates, edits, and your Google listing — managed for one flat monthly fee. You stop thinking about it.

No contracts beyond 30 days' notice. You own your domain and your site.

What this replaces

The guy who built it

He was great two years ago. Now he takes three weeks to change a phone number, or he stopped answering entirely.

Doing it yourself at 10pm

You log in, something looks different, you're not sure if you broke it, and now that's your evening.

Nobody at all

The most common arrangement. It works right up until the site goes down, the certificate expires, or the contact form quietly stops sending.

What's included

Two things, both handled

Your website is where people decide. Your Google listing is where most of them find you first. Most care plans only cover the first one.

Your website

  • Managed WordPress hosting on Flywheel
  • Domain registration and DNS management
  • SSL, firewall, and malware scanning
  • Daily offsite backups, restore tested monthly
  • Core, theme, and plugin updates — staged before they go live
  • Uptime monitoring, checked every minute
  • Content edits: text, photos, hours, staff, pricing
  • Speed and mobile optimization
  • On-page SEO upkeep and schema markup
  • Traffic and conversion reporting

Your Google listing

  • Full profile buildout: categories, services, attributes, hours
  • Weekly posts written and published
  • Photo uploads every month
  • Review responses within 48 hours
  • Questions and answers kept current
  • Monitoring for unauthorized edits to your listing
  • Name, address, and phone consistency across directories
  • Call, direction, and search performance reporting

You stay the owner of the profile. We're added as a manager, which means you can remove us in two clicks and nothing breaks.

Pricing

One number. Approved before anything changes it.

Anything outside your plan gets quoted as a specific dollar amount and waits for your written yes. That's the whole billing policy.

How it starts

Live in fourteen days

The first two weeks are the whole relationship in miniature. Here's exactly what happens.

  1. Day 1

    Kickoff call

Sixty minutes. We learn the business, agree on who approves what, and settle how you'd like reviews handled. You get one email address to send requests to, and that's the last process you have to remember.

  2. Days 2–5

    Full audit

Speed, security, mobile, broken links, analytics, and your Google listing against your three closest competitors. We test whether your contact forms actually deliver. They often don't.

  3. Days 4–8

    Migration

Your site moves to managed hosting with a staging environment, backups, and a firewall. DNS moves to Cloudflare. Done at night, monitored for 24 hours after. Visitors don't notice.

  4. Days 8–12

    Quick wins

We fix the highest-impact problems the audit turned up, then build out your Google listing properly — categories, services, photos, questions, and the first posts.

  5. Day 14

    Handoff

A short written report: what was wrong, what we fixed, before-and-after numbers, and what's queued for the next ninety days. Then you go back to running your business.

Questions people ask

The honest answers

What if I want to leave?

Thirty days' written notice, and we hand you the domain, a full export of your site, and every credential within 48 hours. You own all of it — we only manage it. We'd rather you stay because it's working than because you're stuck.

Can I keep my current host?

No, and here's the honest reason: we can't be accountable for uptime on infrastructure we don't control. Migration is included in onboarding and takes about a week. You keep ownership of the account.

I already have someone who handles this.

Most businesses do. The question worth asking is what happens when they're on vacation, or when you need something changed the same day. This is a service with a system behind it rather than a single person.

How is $649 a month cheaper than what I do now?

It might not be, on paper. Compare it against the hours you or your office manager spend on this, the cost of the site being down during a week you're running a promotion, and the calls you don't get because your Google listing hasn't been touched since it was set up.

Do you build new websites?

Yes, but it isn't the business. We build sites for clients who need one and then keep them running. If you just want a site built and handed off, we're probably not the right fit.

What counts as an unlimited edit?

Text changes, photo swaps, hours, staff bios, service and price lists, banners, form fields, broken links — anything a person completes in under thirty minutes. Requests are worked one at a time in the order they arrive. New pages, design changes, and new functionality are quoted separately, always in advance.

Will you write fake reviews?

No. It violates Google's terms and it puts your listing at risk of suspension, which is the last thing a local business can afford. What we will do is set up a system that makes it easy for real customers to leave real ones.
