Website care for dental practices

Your website has one job: turn a search into a booked new patient. Most practice websites lose them at the form. We handle the site, the listing, and everything that quietly breaks in between.

What we've learned matters here

The parts that are specific to you

The map pack decides

For “dentist near me” searches, most people never scroll past the three map results. Ranking there is driven by review volume, review recency, and how actively the profile is maintained — not by your website’s design.

New-patient forms fail silently

A form that stopped delivering doesn’t throw an error. It just stops producing patients, and you assume the month was slow. We test yours monthly and alert on failure.

Insurance pages go stale fast

The page listing which plans you take is one of the most-visited on a dental site, and it’s almost always out of date. Send us the change; it’s live the next business day.

Seasonality is real

Benefits reset in January and expire in December. Your site should say something different in November than it does in March. That’s two edits a year most practices never make.

Photos beat stock

Real operatory and team photos on your Google profile outperform stock imagery. We’ll tell you exactly which ones to take with a phone, then handle the uploads.

Nothing touches patient data

Your marketing site stays a marketing site. We don’t build or manage anything that collects protected health information — that belongs in your practice management system, behind its own agreements.

A normal month

What actually gets done

No hours to track, no invoices to read. This is the work, and it happens whether or not you ask.

  • Every WordPress, theme, and plugin update tested on staging first
  • Contact and new-patient forms tested end to end
  • Four Google posts written and published
  • Every review answered within 48 hours, negatives drafted for your approval
  • New team members added, departing ones removed
  • Insurance and service lists kept current
  • Speed kept under three seconds on mobile
  • A one-page report: calls, direction requests, form fills, new reviews
Where to start

Most practices land on Care+

A single-location practice that runs the occasional promotion fits Care+ at $649 a month. Multi-location groups, or practices actively spending on ads, are usually better served by Growth.

Questions

Asked often enough to answer here

Do you handle HIPAA compliance?

We keep your marketing website free of protected health information, which is the right answer for the overwhelming majority of practice sites. We don’t manage patient portals, intake systems, or anything that stores PHI, and we won’t sign a business associate agreement for work outside that scope. Your practice management vendor covers that side.

Can you get us more reviews?

We can set up the system: a short link and QR code your front desk uses at checkout, plus a follow-up text or email template. Real requests to real patients. We won’t generate or buy reviews — that risks your profile being suspended, which would cost you far more than it gains.

Our site was built by a dental marketing company.

Common, and usually the reason you can’t make a change without opening a ticket. If you own the domain and content, migration is straightforward. If the site is on a proprietary platform you can’t export, we’ll tell you honestly what your options are before you commit to anything.

How fast can you change our hours for a holiday?

Same day if you send it before noon, on both the website and the Google listing. Holiday hours are the single most common thing practices forget, so we ask about them in advance every year.
