Website care for medical practices

Provider bios, location pages, portal links, referral information. All of it changes constantly, and none of it is anyone’s actual job. It becomes ours.

What we've learned matters here

The parts that are specific to you

Provider changes are constant

Someone joins, someone leaves, someone gets a new credential. Every one of those is a bio, a photo, a directory listing, and often a Google profile update. It’s the single most frequent request we get from practices.

Each location needs its own page

A practice with three offices needs three real location pages and three Google profiles, each with its own hours, photos, and reviews. Lumping them into one page is the most common reason a location doesn’t rank in its own city.

Portal links break

Your patient portal vendor changes a URL and nobody tells you. Patients hit a dead link and call the front desk instead. We monitor every outbound link on your site and catch it.

Directory data drifts

Your name, address, and phone are scattered across insurance directories and health sites, often with a decade-old suite number. We audit the major ones quarterly and correct what we can.

Marketing site, not clinical system

We manage the public-facing site and listings. We don’t touch systems that store protected health information, and we’ll say so plainly rather than claim a compliance posture we haven’t earned.

Accessibility is worth doing

Contrast, keyboard navigation, alt text, readable type. Good practice for patients with low vision, and it reduces a category of legal exposure that has been active in healthcare.

A normal month

What actually gets done

No hours to track, no invoices to read. This is the work, and it happens whether or not you ask.

  • Provider bios added, edited, and removed as your roster changes
  • Location pages and hours kept accurate across every office
  • Every outbound link monitored, including portal and scheduling links
  • Google profile managed for each location separately
  • Reviews answered within 48 hours, sensitive ones drafted for your approval
  • Accessibility checks on contrast, alt text, and keyboard navigation
  • Updates staged and tested before they reach the live site
  • Monthly report by location: calls, directions, searches, form fills
Where to start

Single location starts at Care+; multi-location needs Growth

Each additional location adds a Google profile, a landing page, and its own review stream. Growth covers up to three; beyond that we price per location at $199 a month.

Questions

Asked often enough to answer here

Will you sign a BAA?

Only if the scope genuinely requires it, and for a standard marketing website it doesn’t. We deliberately keep protected health information off the sites we manage. If your project does involve PHI, we’ll tell you that we’re not the right vendor rather than sign something we can’t stand behind.

We have five locations. How does that work?

Each gets its own page and its own Google Business Profile, with separate hours, photos, and review handling. Growth covers up to three locations; additional ones are $199 a month each. Reporting is broken out by location so you can see which offices are actually producing.

Can you respond to a negative review about a physician?

We draft it and you approve it — always, without exception. A response to a patient complaint touches clinical and privacy questions we won’t guess at. What we do is make sure it never sits unanswered for a week, which is what usually happens.

Our website is ancient but it works.

Then we’ll start by making it secure, fast, and current rather than pushing a rebuild. A rebuild is a separate conversation, priced separately, and only worth having when the site is actively costing you patients.
