Pricing

Three plans. One number each.

Nothing outside your plan happens without a written quote and your written yes. That is the entire billing policy, and there is no version of it where you get a surprise invoice.

Scope, in plain terms

What counts as an edit

Vague scope is how these arrangements go bad. Here is ours, written the same way it appears in the agreement.

Included

  • Text changes to existing pages
  • Swapping or adding photos
  • Hours, phone, address, and location details
  • Adding or removing staff and team bios
  • Service lists, menus, and price lists
  • Posting a blog entry or sermon you send us
  • Banners and announcement bars
  • Adding or editing form fields
  • Fixing broken links
  • Anything a person finishes in under 30 minutes

Quoted separately

  • New pages beyond your plan's allowance
  • Layout and navigation redesigns
  • New functionality or integrations
  • Custom code
  • Writing the copy, rather than placing it
  • Photo editing beyond crop and resize
  • Full site rebuilds
  • Paid ad management
  • Social media posting
  • Repairing damage from changes you made yourself

On “unlimited.” It means unlimited requests, worked one at a time in the order they arrive, at your plan’s turnaround. It does not mean unlimited simultaneous work. You should know how it works before you sign rather than after.

Billing

How the money works

Is there a contract?

A six-month initial term, then month to month with 30 days’ notice from either side. The initial term exists because onboarding is real work we do up front. If a six-month commitment is a dealbreaker, ask — there’s a no-minimum version with a higher onboarding fee.

What is the onboarding fee for?

The audit, migrating your site to managed hosting, rebuilding your Google profile properly, and fixing what the audit turns up. It’s the most labor-intensive part of the entire relationship and it happens before you’ve paid a second monthly invoice. It’s waived on annual prepay.

Can my price go up?

We can adjust rates annually with 60 days’ written notice. We won’t adjust mid-term, and we won’t adjust because you used your plan more than we expected — if your usage genuinely outgrows your tier, we’ll have a conversation about moving up rather than adding charges.

What happens if I miss a payment?

An automatic retry, then a phone call. Service isn’t suspended before day 15, and never without talking to you first. Websites going dark over a lapsed credit card is exactly the kind of thing we exist to prevent.

Who owns everything?

You do. Your domain, your content, your Google profile, your hosting account. We are listed as a manager, never as the owner. On cancellation you get the domain, a full site export, and every credential within 48 hours.

Do you take on sites you didn't build?

Almost all of them. If your site is on a proprietary platform you can’t export from, we’ll say so during the audit rather than after you’ve signed.
